Rt/N vs N/Rt
I have chosen Rt/N over the N/Rt for the following reasons:
Ritualists main power is Spawning - your minions and spirits gain 4% health/lv
Boon of Creation - For x seconds, whenever you create a creature (minion or spirit) you gain x health and x energy
Explosive Growth - x lightning damage against upto 5 foes near each creature created for x seconds
Attuned was Songkai (e) - upto 45 seconds, while holding ashes all spells that you cast cost 5% less energy
You are not limited to the number of spirits that you create (you are for minions). While you can only create 8 minions with lv 12 death magic, compared to 10 with level 16. The leve of death magic increases number of minions, its health, its defense and its potential damage.
Death Magic however, has no effect on spirits, so the multiple uses of spirits (health, damage, protection) is better served if they have more health as they require no corpses (good vs foes who don't leave them).
While soul reaping is good, it only kicks in when things die. Energy management is a good skill to master, but it is not always necessary. Sometimes enemies and minions die so quickly, I am often over flowing with energy (with my N/Me). So energy isn't an issue with me.
My Ritualist/Necromancer doesn't suffer much with energy. I'm still trying to master the energy management skill, but i'm not hurting for energy really.
Remember, Ritualists are more than just MM, so Spawning will help with whatever spirits you create. Necromancers are likewise, more than just MM. Some spirits takes damage if you evade or take damage, so Spawning really helps with their health.
Hope this gives you more things to consider in your choice.
